Pink Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Chilled Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Iced Tea Concentrate
  • 2 Tablespoons Strawberry Iced Tea Concentrate
  • 3/4 cup Freshly Squeezed Lemonade (or high-quality store-bought)
  • Ice Cubes
  • Lemon slices and/or Berries (optional) for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a pitcher, combine the chilled water, iced tea concentrates, and freshly squeezed lemonade. Stir well until everything is incorporated.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness to your preference. You can add more iced tea concentrate for a stronger tea flavour or more lemonade for a sweeter drink.
  3. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the pink lemonade over them.
  4. Garnish with lemon slices and/or berries for a touch of elegance.

Passionfruit Paradise Punch

Ingredients:

  • 5 tablespoons Passion Fruit Ice Tea Concentrate
  • 200ml lemonade
  • 2 shots vodka
  • 350ml ice

Instructions:

  1. Combine: In a cocktail shaker or large glass, add the passion fruit ice tea concentrate, lemonade, and vodka.
  2. Shake it up: Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
  3. Serve: Strain into a hurricane glass or fun tiki mug filled with fresh ice.
  4. Garnish (optional): Add a slice of lime or a sprig of mint for a tropical touch.

 

Summer Berry Refresher

Ingredients:

  • 1 cm thick slice of cucumber, chopped
  • 1 sprig of fresh mint, chopped
  • Handful of frozen red berries
  • 90ml clear, sparkling lemonade
  • 30ml Mixed Berry Iced Tea concentrate
  • Ice
  • Optional garnishes: additional red berries, cucumber slices, mint sprigs, citrus wedge

Instructions:

  1. Infuse & Strain: Bring 200ml of water to a boil. Add chopped cucumber and mint, then turn off the heat. Let steep for 2 minutes, then add the frozen berries and lightly crush them. Strain the mixture and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
  2. Assemble & Enjoy: In a tall glass, combine 40ml of your berry-infused mixture with ice. Top with lemonade and Mixed Berry Iced Tea concentrate. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Garnish: Get creative with chopped fruits, a cucumber slice, extra berries, or a sprig of mint for a beautiful finishing touch.
